Custom Logo Set-Up Fee

At Bargain Boxes, we pride ourselves on great customer service,
so we get it right the first time!
Email ethan@bargain-boxes.com before paying the Custom Logo Set-Up Fee. The Custom Logo Set-Up Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

After a custom order request has been emailed, a Bargain Box specialist will contact you within 2-3 business days to review artwork, confirm product details, and process payment before production begins.

• A minimum order of 200 boxes of each individual type of box is required for this service (i.e. 200 Navy LED Ring Boxes)
• There is a $50 non-refundable set-up fee for each logo.
• Two revisions are included.
  Additional revisions will be charged a non-refundable $30 per revision.
• Once created, your designs are safely stored free of charge.
• Orders take around 4-6 weeks to complete after the artwork is verified.
• We process orders as quickly as we can but depending on the size of the order and order volume at a given time, processing may take longer to ensure that every order meets our (and your) standard of quality.

• Adobe Illustrator, EPS, PDF, SVG files are accepted.
  Please email us regarding other logo formats.
• Minimum resolution: 300 dpi
• Minimum font size: 10 pts. or 3.53mm.
• Maximum area that a logo can be placed is dictated by the individual box.
• Placement tolerance: 1/16”
• File size: 15MB or smaller is preferred. Please email us regarding larger files sizes.
• All artwork will be printed as received once it has been approved by you and Bargain Boxes.
• If submitting a Photoshop file, image should be 300 dpi (1,800px) and the exact size of the finished print needed.
• Artwork files must be vectorized with no backgrounds.
• Acknowledgment of ownership of the design by you or your company must be provided. Issues regarding copyright are not the responsibility of Bargain Boxes.

3. COMPLETE ORDER 

• To ensure your order is correct, please complete the order form you are emailed.
• After the order request form is completed, a Bargain Box specialist will contact you within 2-3 business days to review artwork, confirm product details, and send you a custom SKU before production begins.
• A 50% deposit is required to begin production.
